We teamed up with one of our favorite Architects on this project to bring you an advanced "Smart home" with a timeless feel. The clients did not want to leave their golf course community and all the friendships they had developed there, but wanted a new home, so we scratched the old home down to the dirt and started over!
They have great taste and using inspiration from their exposure to the somewhat rustic, and cabin like feel of homes back in the northwest and midwest and with lots of help from Design Link Architecture, they designed this beautiful "sleeper" home - with a very simple and non-boastful appearance on the exterior, you open the massive front door to enter a home wired from top to bottom to be convenient and functional.
Custom cabinetry from Grantham wood working compliment the eccentric tile floors in a beautiful way. We loved working on this project and are very pleased, as are the clients, on how it turned out. Take a look
